What is the HPTU Preferred Card?

The HPTU Preferred Card is our strategy that allows our direct-pay patients to access special discounts on some of our outpatient services immediately by presenting a personalized card issued by our Hospital (for personal use) at our institution's service points.

Who can request our HPTU preferred card?

All patients who make direct payments for the different services established in our terms and conditions of the Preferred Card.

How can you request your HPTU preferred card?

Visit our Customer Service office, located on the first floor of Tower A (next to the Bancolombia office - HPTU Headquarters) from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and request your personalized card by presenting your identification document.

Fill out the form with your details, accept our policy on the use and treatment of personal data, and you're all set! You can immediately access the discounts offered by the HPTU Preferred Card.

1. Acércate a la oficina de Servicio al cliente

Nuestra oficina está ubicada en el piso 1 de la Torre A (Al lado de la oficina de Bancolombia-Sede HPTU) de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

2. Presenta tu documento de identidad

Solicita nuestra tarjeta preferencial presentando tu documento de identidad original.

3. Diligencia el formulario con tus datos

Acepta nuestra política de uso y tratamiento de datos personales y ¡listo!

  • The discount for services in the outpatient clinical laboratory, diagnostic aids, outpatient radiological studies, and outpatient oncology procedures is 15%.
  • The discount for supplies and medications from the pharmacy is 5%.
  • It applies to full-rate private payments.
  • It is not cumulative with other discounts.
  • It does not apply to patients classified by socioeconomic status.
  • The Preferred Card is personal and non-transferable. If a family member, friend, or acquaintance requires the card to obtain discounts, they can go to the Customer Service area to obtain it personalized and at no cost.
  • It does not apply to medical consultations.
  • It does not apply to studies that must be referred to other institutions (third parties).
  • It does not apply to package rates.
  • In case of loss, the patient can redeem their discount with a digital photo of the Preferred Card.
  • In case of loss of the Preferred Card, the Hospital will replace it only once; otherwise, the holder must assume a cost of 12,000 pesos, which must be paid at the General Cashier's Office from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Valid while the strategy is in effect (The term of the strategy is defined by the HPTU and will be made visible through the Hospital's official channels).
  • If the holder achieves an annual billing equal to or greater than 0.5 SMMLV during the year, they can claim an additional total discount of 3% on the first service of the following year, cumulative with the current 15% for private services (not cumulative with other benefits).
