• We provide emergency and urgent care for adult patients according to triage classification.
• We identify and address the needs of the patient and their family from the moment they enter the emergency service.
• We continuously monitor the patient's health to define or adjust their treatment plan.
• We promote joint participation with specialists in the emergency and hospitalization care process, ensuring high-quality, technical, and scientific activities in promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and/or rehabilitation.
• We monitor the patient's progress through control activities (consultations or rounds) to evaluate their condition and adjust their treatment plan accordingly.
• We prepare the patient and their family for care after hospital discharge, anticipating education and home care needs to ensure continuity in the recovery process.

Institutional Consultations and Diagnostic Support

• We provide institutional consultations for patients with acute or chronic illnesses for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation according to their condition.
• We offer consultations for follow-up care after emergency and hospitalization services.
• We refer patients to the appropriate specialty based on the condition evaluated during the consultation.
• We manage the sedation process with high-quality standards in diagnostic services, radiology, and interventional procedures, according to established parameters for non-anesthesiologist physicians outside the operating room.

We have general practitioners supporting various areas such as institutional consultations, orphan diseases, oncology, blood bank, and occupational health. These professionals support and accompany various hospital and outpatient processes, both assistive and administrative.
