Induction of Remote Suppliers and Contractors

These recommendations are for all contractors and suppliers who provide their services to the Hospital in a manner REMOTE (that is to say They do NOT lend services INSIDE of our facilities or headquarters), are complementary to your company's Occupational Health and Safety System.

If at any time during the PROVISION of the service or EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT you must work in our facilities YOU MUST CONDUCT INDUCTION TO CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS ON SITE before going to the Hospital.
